tuner card is great but the problem is, it works only in one operating system. The features is great, the capacity it can do like having a dual TV tuner but as we know, most of the people doesn’t use the kind of operating system. And as far as technology is concerned, there are lots of TV tuner you can choose from that works to your operating system. You don’t need to upgrade or downgrade your hardware or software just to use that kind of TV tuner.
